I accept Premera, Lifewise and First Choice Health. I will be paneled with Regence starting March 1, 2025. I am otherwise out of network with insurance providers.

Many insurance companies give out-of-network reimbursements for mental health services. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options may be available.
